Funmyaga evo

Fumya are a type of Rarepon introduced in Patapon 2. These Rarepons are light yellow and have small pointed ears and whiskers, resembling a cat. Fumya grow into Fumyaaru and Funmyaga, causing their ears and whiskers to grow larger along with a cat-like nose appearing. These Rarepons are similar to Chiku Rarepons, having fast attack speed, high critical rate, and a mild vulnerability to ice. Fumya lack the poor defenses of Chiku, but will not attack as fast as a fully developed Chiku. Instead, they gain increased critical rate, making them more effective attackers.

Yumipons can benefit from the high speed and critical rate, but Megapons, Toripons, and even Yaripons are also good choices. Tatepons can also be effective, as they have a variety of heavy equipment to exploit the increased attack speed.

Fumya evolve from Pyopyo Rarepons, and evolve into Uhoho Rarepons.

  • The suffix 'mya' is derived from the Japanese slang term for 'meowing'. Though it is more of a 'Nya' (ニャー) which directly means 'meow'.
