Revision as of 12:13, 10 September 2018
This article is about the minigames featured in Patapon 2. For the minigames featured in Patapon 1, see Patapon 1 Minigames.
Like Patapon 1, Patapon 2 features minigames that you can unlock. Not only are they fun but they are useful as well because they provide Materials and Ka-ching that can be used for creating or strengthening Rarepons.
There are 3 Levels for each minigame in Patapon 2 and you need to perfectly [meaning no mistakes at all] execute the minigame twice in the same Level in order to unlock the next one. You will know that you have unlocked the next Level when you receive a message, Don't be surprised if you get a new rhythm next time!, after the second perfect execution at the end of the minigame.
The higher the Level, the higher the level of Materials you'll get. However, you will have to pay more Ka-ching and play at a harder difficulty. You will always have a choice on what levels you are able to play.
Most of the minigames stop when too many beats are missed.
As in the prequel, the sound HAI! in the background during the introduction of the minigame is the "go" signal to start.
