It doubles attack speed yet it weakens you? Meaning to say, it'll make you slower and make you weaker? Or it divides attack speed by 2...

It upgrades your attack speed by 2 (meaning it just makes it faster) but makes you weaker. Thus meaning more power as more attackjs hit at 1 time!
