The Altar is the place where all the offerings to the Almighty from the Patapon tribe are stored. It serves as the player's inventory and lists all items that have been obtained, such weapons and key items (drums, songs, etc) as well as materials and the quantity of Ka-ching available.
In Patapon 2, it is also used to view loading screen Tips.
The Altar does not appear in Patapon 3, but is replaced by the Armory.
